FCC Environment's collaboration with the ONCE Foundation has been intense and extremely fruitful during the 15 years+ it has been in place, representing an instrument and gateway to the labour market for hundreds of workers.

Many projects have been supported and social and labour inclusion have been promoted through workshops, training courses and other actions such as awareness campaigns. In addition, FCC and ONCE Foundation have jointly participated in programmes that promote the integrating of functional diversity and improving the quality of life of people with disabilities.

Many of these workers have gained valuable experience at the company before moving on to other companies or activities, others have acquired initial training and experience allowing them to integrate into the labour market more effectively at a later stage; or, ultimately, to stay at the company. The signing of the "Inserta Agreement", initially at the Barcelona Capital/Balearic Islands branch and later throughout FCC Environment, was a direct consequence of this and an instrument of greater ambitions for collaboration.
