FCC Medio Ambiente is participating in the ABATE project, which proposes a solution for treating gaseous emissions from waste treatment plants. The use of innovative technology will reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds, odours, energy requirements (saving on natural gas and electricity) and operating costs. The solution will be validated on an industrial scale at the Ecoparc 3 plant (Barcelona) and replicated at the Las Dehesas facility (Madrid).
