FCC Environment has also signed a framework agreement to promote different actions that improve the quality of life of people with Down Syndrome and other types of intellectual disability and thus achieve full social and occupational integration.

The objective of the agreement is to find employment in FCC for participants of the Stela employment service from Down Madrid, FCC’s collaboration in training the participants of the Stela's Training for Employment programmes, as well as the possibility of non-work training practices at FCC Environment for such participants.
