Once again this year, FCC Medio Ambiente joins in the celebration of International LGBTIQ+ Pride Day. 

FCC Medio Ambiente has a workforce that supports the fight against all situations where diversity, social inclusion and the principle of non-discrimination are not respected, and condemns any act that involves discrimination regardless of its causes, taking all necessary measures to ensure that all workers enjoy a workplace where their physical and moral integrity is respected.

As a company, FCC Medio Ambiente is committed day after day to the equality, diversity and inclusion of its workforce, creating free, safe and respectful working environments for all people, regardless of their sexual orientation, identity or gender expression. For FCC Medio Ambiente, all its people are protagonists.

To mark this celebration, on 28th June the company is joining the "Our Pride is Diversity" campaign organised by the Diversity Foundation, with which it acquired the Diversity Charter commitment in 2017, and by the Business Network for LGBT Diversity and Inclusion (REDI), of which it has been a member since 2021, which made FCC Medio Ambiente the first company in the environmental sector to make public its commitment to the inclusion of this group in the workplace.
